Cold Trees

Came across the coolest graffiti I've seen in a while via Deputy Dog.

We have a new President ladies and gentlemen. His name is Barack Obama and I'd say he has his work cut out for him. Lets so our best to help him out and create the change that he imagines, because whether you agree or disagree with him, it is easy to see that he wants to better America and the world. If you missed either speech (McCain's or Obama's) you should really watch them, both are inspiring. (Sorry about the crappy quality of the link to Obama's speech, it was the best one I could find right now.)

So, apparently you can be in an open relationship on facebook. Did this happen a while ago and
i just wasn't paying close attention? And does anyone else find it odd? What I mean to say is, it is interesting what this says about our society or at least about the cultural change that comes with the 15-3o something's that are invested in the reality of facebook. This means that we now have enough of a clear definition of an "open relationship"  that whether or not you agree or disagree with it, its a valid relationship identity. And I'm also wondering, how do you define an open relationship?

I know that no one reads this blog therefore this will not get any any responses but I was curious, if you read any literary magazines what do you read? Or maybe in general what magazines do you read? (Btw, I did not mean for that first statement to sound pathetic and I was not looking for sympathy) I subscribe to The New Yorker and Rolling Stone (though I don't always read Rolling Stone). I pick up a vogue occasionally. I have read McSweeneys and have been meaning to subscribe, also read the Virginia Quarterly and glanced through a Harpers Review. Lets see, I like to read Wall Street Journal, the Conde Nast Magazine and Wired (though I usually catch up with Wired thru their blogs). I suppose that's about it. So, help me out here, what am I missing??
