My Grandma once said to me, " Only boring people can get bored." (The likelihood of that being a direct quote is 50% but its close its close enough for my purposes. ) She said it right after I'd said," I'm bored" and immediately apologized, like the sweet person she is saying she knows I'm not a boring person she had just read that in an article earlier that morning so it was fresh in her mind. So, once I got over being slightly insulted, I figured she was right.
